Terms and conditions:
1. Offers are subject to availability.
2. Valid from January to June 30, 2025.
3. Cancellations made 30 days prior check-in will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the total room reservation charges inclusive of tax and service charge.
4. To confirm booking, Sales Agreement must be signed.
5. A 20% downpayment must be settled once Sales Agreement is signed.
6. Amendment of booking one (1) week prior check-in are subject to availability.
7. Should the guest/s cancel or cut-short the booking, Best Available Rates will apply.
8. Guest/s may take photos inside the room, on guest floors/hallways, in the lobby, and hotel facade only.
