Terms and conditions:​
1. Offers are subject to availability.
2. Valid from January to June 30, 2025.
3. Cancellation made 30 days prior check-in will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the total room reservation charges inclusive of tax and service charge.
4. Weekly Make Up/Cleaning of room.
5. Daily garbage collection.
6. Should the guest/s cancel or cut-short the booking, Best Available Rates will apply.
7. Application of previous rate to extension of stay may vary depending on the number of night/s and is subject for approval.
8. To confirm booking, Sales Agreement must be signed.
9. A 20% downpayment must be settled once Sales Agreement is signed.
10. Rates will only be applied to continuous stay dates, strictly no cutting of stay.
