As the sun sets and the lights come on, the poolside transforms into a relaxed evening escape—the kind of night made for unwinding, sharing good food, and spending easy moments with friends and family.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Price of the buffet is Php580 nett per adult and Php380 nett per kid inclusive of 12% vat and 5% service charge.
2. Grill Night at the Pool will be every Thursday of the week from January 2026 to December 2026 at Café Summit Pool Bar from 6PM to 9PM.
3. Valid for dine-In only.
4. The buffet includes the following menu:
From the Grill – BBQ Pork ribs with Sweet and Smoky Glaze, Hawaiian Chicken BBQ, Grilled Pork Belly in Gochujang, served with corn on the cob
Seafood Corner – Shrimp Skewers, Mussels in Garlic Butter
Side Station – Plain Rice, Pineapple Fried Rice, Parmesan Garlic Potato, Cheese Bomb
Soup – Creamy Gingered Clam Soup
Desserts – Seasonal Fruits, Mango Float in a Cup, Tres Leches
5. No outside food or beverages are permitted in event area. Café Summit has the right to replace items on the menu with another item in case of a shortage of the actual item.
6. The management has the right to amend the terms and conditions at any point of time without further notice.
